To secure your Mentoring Session, simply choose one of our two options and indicate your preferred payment method. A payment - either the full price or a deposit is required to reserve your spot. Alternatively, you can contact us via email or Instagram to arrange a bank transfer for the deposit. The remaining balance must be paid before the start of the course.

The training date is scheduled individually to suit your availability. Please contact us to arrange your preferred time.

WHAT IS IT?

The Mentoring Session is a one-on-one meeting focused entirely on your individual needs. It's the perfect opportunity to revisit anything you find challenging.

This session is all about you: your struggles, your goals, and your progress. It’s designed to provide personalised guidance and help you build confidence at any stage of your lash journey.

The price is £120 for a 2-hour session, and you’re welcome to book as many sessions as you need.

HOW DO I PAY?

CANCELLATION & REBOOKING POLICY

We understand that plans can change. Please read the following cancellation and rescheduling terms carefully before booking:

Cancellations

A £60 deposit is required to secure your place. This deposit is non-refundable, as it confirms your booking and allows us to prepare your spot.

If you have paid the full amount and need to cancel, any refund will be processed after deducting the non-refundable deposit.

Rescheduling

You are welcome to reschedule your session with at least 72 hours’ notice at no extra cost. If less than 72 hours’ notice is given, a £50 rebooking fee may apply to cover lost time and preparation.
