If you need more help after your included mentoring session, additional sessions are available for purchase anytime.

We understand that plans can change. Please read the following cancellation and rescheduling terms carefully before booking:

Cancellations

A £100 deposit is required to secure your place. This deposit is non-refundable, as it confirms your booking and allows us to prepare your spot.

If you choose to purchase a starter kit as part of your training (£100), this cost is also non-refundable once the kit has been ordered, as it is specially prepared for you.

If you have paid the full amount and need to cancel, any refund will be processed after deducting the non-refundable deposit and the starter kit cost (if the kit has already been ordered).

Rescheduling

You are welcome to reschedule your session with at least 72 hours’ notice at no extra cost. If less than 72 hours’ notice is given, a £50 rebooking fee may apply to cover lost time and preparation.
