A consultation is not always required, but it is recommended if you are unsure which service is right for you or if you have had previous work done. This allows us to assess your natural features and create a tailored approach before your appointment.
Appointments can be booked online via the booking system. Simply select your desired service and choose a suitable date and time.
A deposit is required to secure all bookings and is non-refundable.
Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 48 hours in advance. Changes made less than 48 hours before the appointment will incur a 50% charge of the treatment cost. No-shows will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.
Please arrive without eye makeup and ensure lashes are clean and free from oils or residue. Avoid caffeine before your appointment, as this can make it more difficult to work with precision.
Traditional lash techniques are often based on repeating set styles such as classic, hybrid or volume. While these methods can produce results, they are typically limited in flexibility and personalisation.
My work is built around a custom approach called Seamless Lash, focusing on structure, balance and intentional design. This allows each set to be fully tailored — from very natural to more defined, without being restricted to a fixed style.

In most cases, work carried out elsewhere will require removal before a new set is created. This ensures the final result meets the standard and quality.
Corrections are available where suitable. Each case is assessed individually to determine the most appropriate approach and achieve the best possible result. A consultation is recommended prior to booking.
Yes, gift cards are available and can be tailored to a specific treatment, a selected amount, or a training course. Please get in touch to arrange your gift card.
