FAQ

ANSWERS TO YOUR QUESTIONS

  • WHAT ARE THE COURSE DATES?
When you purchase the course, we will discuss a date that works for you and answer any other questions you may have.
  • HOW DO I BOOK THE COURSE?
On the website, go to the 'Education' link, then choose the course you require. Payment can be completed using credit or debit card, and finance is also available with Clearpay.
  • DO I NEED TO HAVE A CONSULTATION BEFORE I CAN BOOK MY PMU APPOINTMENT?
A consultation is recommended for anyone who is unsure if the treatment will be suitable for them, or if you have previously had a PMU treatment from another person.
  • DO YOU DO REFILLS ON OTHER LASH TECHNICIANS' WORK?
No, but we can book you for a lash removal and a full set!
  • WHY DON`T YOU OFFER RUSSIAN VOLUME/HYBRID/CLASSIC LASHES?
As none of these techniques create a unique or natural look, nor can you incorporate any of your own creativity, I don't offer them. I created my own eyelash extensions technique called 'Seamless lash' which can create all kinds of styles, from very natural, to volume lashes. You can learn more about this technique by clicking on 'Seamless Lash' on the homepage menu.
  • DO YOU DO CORRECTIONS OF PERMANENT MAKE UP DONE INCORRECTLY BY ANOTHER PMU TECHNICIAN?
It depends on how much ink is still in your skin from your previous treatment. The best thing to do is to book a consultation and we can discuss the options available.
  • CAN I BUY A GIFT CARD FOR THE COURSE FOR SOMEONE ELSE?
Yes, you can. Gift cards for treatments are also available. You can choose to pay the full amount or a partial amount.
  • DO I NEED TO HAVE A CONSULTATION BEFORE I CAN BOOK MY LASH APPOINTMENT?
If you have never had eyelash extensions before, it is recommended to book a patch test at least 24 hours before your appointment. If your lashes are damaged by LVL (lash lift), or if your lashes have been damaged after you had a treatment done somewhere else, then a consultation is required before booking your appointment.
