I`M DAGMARA VICTORIA
I`m an artist and beauty technician based in Liverpool, England. From an early age, all I can remember is practicing art, which led me to go on to study fine art and interior design. I have translated my passion and skill for art into my beauty treatments over the last 10 years. Whether it is permanent make-up, lashes, or brow treatments, I view each client as a blank canvas where it is my job to create a masterpiece. Every client is different, and I don't use a one-size-fits-all approach.
One question I always get asked is "What is your favourite treatment to do for your clients?". There is no clear answer I have for this as I love to perform any treatment that enhances the natural beauty of the client.
