The Eye Design Academy was created to move lash education beyond routine application and repetitive techniques. While much of the industry focuses on attaching lashes and repeating the same limited techniques, true refinement comes from understanding structure, balance and visual intention.
My own approach to lash work has always been influenced by a background in art and visual composition. Rather than seeing lashes simply as extensions applied to natural lashes, I began to see them as elements of design - where direction, proportion and placement shape the overall expression of the eye. This perspective became the foundation of the Academy.
Who the Academy Is For
I created this Academy to address a gap that exists throughout the lash industry. Many technicians complete their first course and are then sent into the field with the expectation that they now know everything they need to succeed. In reality, that first training is only the beginning.
Here you will find a complete learning path, from beginner training to detailed masterclasses designed to help technicians continue developing their skills long after their first course, gradually evolving beyond routine application and toward true lash design.
It is a space for lash technicians who want to move beyond repetition and develop a stronger eye for design.
Whether beginning your journey through in-person certification or refining advanced skills through online masterclasses, the Academy guides technicians toward more intentional, high-standard work.
The Beginner Certification focuses on building strong technical foundations through hands-on, in-person training. Students learn not only how to apply lashes safely and precisely, but also how to understand the structure behind their work.
The Online Masterclasses are designed for intermediate and advanced lash technicians who want to refine their visual awareness and deepen their understanding of lash design.
